Privacy Policy

How Extract Video Frames handles media files, analytics data and normal website request information.

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Media files stay on your device

The core video, GIF and image tools are designed to process selected media locally in your browser. We do not intentionally upload those source media files to our application server for processing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location, referrer information and interaction events. Google may process this information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Server and hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting and delivery providers may process routine technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security-related information. This is separate from the media files you select inside the browser tools.

Cookies and local storage

Analytics services may use cookies or similar browser storage. The site may also use local browser storage for functional preferences or tool state when needed.

Accounts and payments

The public tools do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information for use of the free tools.

Third-party services

The site may rely on third-party infrastructure and analytics services. Those providers process data under their own policies. Links to third-party websites are also governed by the destination site's policies.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the website, analytics setup or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
